Welcome to SPAR Self Defense (operated by Krav Maga Buffalo, LLC). By enrolling in our programs, using our website, or participating in any training or activity hosted by SPAR Self Defense, you are agreeing to the following Terms and Conditions.

1. Enrollment and Billing
- By enrolling, you authorize recurring monthly charges or annual payments (if chosen) to the credit card on file until canceled in writing.
- All payments for enrollments or class packages are non-refundable.
- Failure to attend classes does not relieve you of payment obligations.
- Refunds or exchanges are available within 14 days, for unworn clothing or equipment. Items must be in new, unused condition and in original packaging.
2. Assumption of Risk and Liability Waiver
Training in self-defense involves physical activity and risk. By participating, you:
- Acknowledge that you are in good physical condition.
- Voluntarily assume full responsibility for any injury, loss, or damage incurred.
- Release and hold harmless SPAR Self Defense, its owners, staff, students, and affiliates from any and all claims related to injury, illness, property loss, or death.
If under 18, a parent or legal guardian must sign on your behalf.
3. Use of Photos and Videos
You grant SPAR Self Defense permission to use any photographs, video footage, or live streams taken during classes or events for promotional or advertising purposes, including use on social media and websites.
4. Behavior and Compliance
- You agree to follow all rules, policies, and procedures set by SPAR Self Defense.
- Rules may change at our discretion without notice.
- Any property damage caused by you must be reimbursed in full.
- SPAR Self Defense reserves the right to terminate your membership at any time, without refund, for any reason, including violation of policies.
5. Dispute Resolution
- If you have a complaint or dispute, notify SPAR Management.
6. Privacy and Data Use
We collect and securely store your personal information to manage your enrollment and communication. For a full privacy policy, please contact our office.
7. Legal Terms
- These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York.
- If any part of these terms is deemed unenforceable, all other sections will remain in effect.
- Force Majeure: We are not liable for delays or interruptions due to events beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters, pandemics, government restrictions).
